New Location for Gospel Light
Church
The facility was originally the
First Baptist Church here in Owasso dedicated in 1964. Gospel
Light Church meets at this location Sundays at 9:30 AM for
Bible Study and Sunday Worship at 5:00 PM in the Main
auditorium. Located across from Barnes Elementary School. |

Gospel Light Hosts State Missions
Day
City of Owasso, welcomes the 2005
State Meeting of the Baptist Missionary Association of
Oklahoma to Owasso. Gospel Light Mission hosted this meeting
with 100 in attendance and was their first official meeting in
their new location. |

Light Church / Hmong Church
These facilities
have been home for more than Gospel Light over the years. Now
meeting in the facility is not only Gospel Light but Hmong
church as well. It is because of their generosity that Gospel
Light has a place to call home. We are grateful to them for
sharing this facility with us as we seek to worship God and
seek to win others to Christ. |

Music - Gospel Light Youth
The Hmong & Gospel
Light Youth recently sang for the 2005 BMAOK State Meeting
hosted here by Gospel Light in Owasso, OK. We had over 100 in
attendance with special music performed by Bro. Ron Owen,
pastor of Twin Oaks Baptist Church from Clarksville Arkansas.

This was a meal prepared by Miss may,
and boy was it a meal! My wife helped in the kitchen on this
day and to think I was thinking of ordering pizza. there was
enough food to feed us all three times, and from the looks of
some of those plates some did! |

Youth Ministry Work

Gathering growing and going as a church
you will experience one for sure and that is YOUTH. Full of
energy, challenging, and seeking new adventure youth are a
part of any growing family or church ministry. Here at Gospel
Light we want to involve our youth and teach them that serving
is what is expected of them as they grow into adults and began
starting families of their own. They can serve alongside of
adults in fulfilling the Great Commission Christ has given the
Church. |
